Vous avez le droit d’annuler votre commande jusqu’à 14 jours après réception, sans donner de raison. Vous disposez d’un délai supplémentaire de 14 jours pour retourner votre produit après l’annulation. Vous serez alors crédité du montant total de la commande, y compris les frais d’expédition. Seuls les frais de retour de votre domicile au magasin sont à votre charge. Ces frais sont d’environ 6 à 7 euros par colis, veuillez consulter le site internet de votre transporteur pour connaître les tarifs exacts. Si vous exercez votre droit de rétractation, le produit sera renvoyé à la boutique avec tous les accessoires livrés et – si cela est raisonnablement possible – dans son état et son emballage d’origine. Pour exercer ce droit, veuillez nous contacter à l’adresse info@vasco-shoes.be. Nous vous rembourserons alors le montant de la commande dans les 14 jours suivant la notification de votre retour, à condition que le produit ait déjà été reçu en bon état. Si le produit est endommagé ou si l’emballage est plus abîmé que nécessaire pour essayer le produit, nous pouvons répercuter cette dépréciation du produit sur vous. Veuillez donc traiter le produit avec soin et vous assurer qu’il est correctement emballé lorsque vous le renvoyez.

U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. U heeft na annulering nogmaals 14 dagen om uw product retour te sturen. U krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd. Enkel de kosten voor retour van u thuis naar de webwinkel zijn voor eigen rekening. Deze kosten bedragen circa €6-€7 per pakket, raadpleeg voor de exacte tarieven de website van uw vervoerder. Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en – indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking aan de winkel geretourneerd worden. Om gebruik te maken van dit recht kunt u contact met ons opnemen via info@vasco-shoes.be. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van uw retour terugstorten, mits het product reeds in goede orde retour ontvangen is. Mocht het product beschadigd of de verpakking meer beschadigd zijn dan nodig is om het product te proberen, dan kunnen we deze waardevermindering van het product aan u doorberekenen. Behandel het product dus met zorg en zorg ervoor dat deze bij een retour goed verpakt is.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs are approximately €6-€7 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the store with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
