Went to the store in Anderlecht but didn't have my size. The store clerk reserved my size at the store in Jette and I was able to pick up the shoes in an hour. Great service from both stores. Will definitely be going back!

WOW! What a fantastic, friendly company! Totally customer-oriented; they really cater to each customer individually. I'm from Germany and was looking for shoes that are no longer available here (in my size). But Vasco in Belgium had them. I could have ordered online, but unfortunately, PayPal wasn't an option. There was only one payment method available, which I neither use nor am familiar with. So I contacted Vasco via WhatsApp. And lo and behold, I received a super quick response.
