Went to the store in Anderlecht but didn't have my size. The store clerk reserved my size at the store in Jette and I was able to pick up the shoes in an hour. Great service from both stores. Will definitely be going back!

WOW ! Ein wirklich super freundliches Unternehmen! Total Kundenorientiert ; denn hier wird individuell auf den Kunden eingegangen. Ich komme aus Deutschland und habe Schuhe gesucht, die es hier nicht mehr (in meiner Größe) gibt. Aber bei Vasco in Belgien eben schon. Online hätte ich bestellen können, aber leider stand Paypal als Bezahlmethode nicht zur Auswahl. Lediglich eine Methode die ich weder nutze noch kenne. Daher habe ich mich per WhatsApp Nachricht an Vasco gewandt. & siehe da, es kam eine total schnelle Antwort. Individuell auf mein persönliches Problem, wurde mir eine Lösung von Vasco vorgeschlagen. Die Abwicklung war super einfach, der Kundenservice total nett und Versand turboschnell. Ich bin mehr als begeistert. Absolut zu empfehlen! Auf jeden Fall werde ich hier noch mal einkaufen.
